As 2018 comes to a close, we would like to highlight what we have done for 2018 and what the plans are for 2019.
Social Tribe Theme
We launched our first Ultimate Member Theme and we called it Social Tribe. We are extremely proud of it and looking forward to improving it in 2019. It is built to completely support Ultimate Member and
New Plugins and Bundle
A few new plugins were added to the site; Ultimate Member Meet Me, UM Custom Tab Builder, Faceted Search for Ultimate Member and LearnDash Activity. Some plugins were also added to the WordPress repo UM Story Lite, UM Custom Tab Builder Lite and UM Navigation Menu.
When we came up with the name SuitePlugins, we wanted to create different suites / bundles of plugins and for 2019 we will be doing just that. After the launch of UM Starter Suite, our next suite is going to be our UM Dating Suite which is going to feature some awesome dating plugins for Ultimate Member, BuddyPress and WordPress in general.
Support
We’ve been providing a lot of customer support and custom work for the year and in 2019, we will be doing the same. In 2018, we introduced a live chat to help our customers better and switched to HelpScout for an easier to manage support system.
We have a team member, who is helping to provide support and keep everything running smoothly while new products are being created.
So what’s going to happen in 2019?
