Support for Non-commercial plugins

We provide basic support for our non-commercial plugins. This support is limited to the following:

  • Responding to questions about features and functions of plugins
  • Reporting of Bugs
  • Discussion of ideas to improve plugins

Support for Commercial Plugins

We provide more in-depth support for commercial plugins. Each customer can find a sub-forum available to discuss issues, ideas and receive hands-on assistance.

Additional Support

For persons that require additional support, support packages will soon be available for purchase for dedicated support.
